You want something intimate, epic, and real. A day in nature with the person you love most, not performing for guests who expect the usual big wedding traditions.

Traditional wedding rules don't work for everyone...and they shouldn't have to.

Eloping just feels right—like the first decision about your wedding that actually fits who you are.

Once you decide to break the "rules", figuring out where to start can feel overwhelming. And the questions and doubts flood in...Where do we go? What do we do? How do we plan a day that feels like us?

Then reality hits:

Suddenly, the freedom to do things your way starts to feel overwhelming. Because let's face it, coming up with ideas on how you want to say "I do" is the easy part. But turning those dreams into reality? That's when planning starts to feel isolating and impossible.

I am going to let you in on a little secret...

Just because you are eloping, doesn't mean you have to go it alone.

You and your partner know you aren't the only people involved in picking out floral arrangements and tour venues or the ones organizing the seating charts. You're worried if you give in and have the big wedding, your day will consist of people pleasing instead of actually getting to spend your wedding day with your partner.

You know eloping isn't just about skipping the big wedding. It’s about creating a day that reflects who you are at your core. Real to you means laughing through the wind on a mountaintop. Intentional means every choice has purpose and meaning. True means it feels like you, not what anyone else expects. After living through my own big wedding, I knew I had to guide couples through creating a wedding they want, not the day everyone says they should have.

I regretted my own big wedding...

Now I get to be that person for my couples (the one I so desperately needed when it was my turn), the protector of your peace through personalized planning, timeline creation, and activities and stays you never even considered. With the goal being a stress-free "I-can't-believe-how-US-this-feels" kind of day.

"I love how natural our love shines through."

"As a couple we have had a lot of photos taken together as we waited 10 years to decide to finally tie the knot. However, we found Megan so easy to work with. We almost forgot at times she was there with a camera. I love how natural our love shines through. We couldn't recommend Megan more."

I research and hand pick locations tailored to you. I know where to go, when to go, and how to dodge the tourist crowds when possible.

You’ll have unlimited email and text planning support, so you can ask questions anytime inspiration (or curiosity) strikes

I’ll craft a timeline that keeps your day running smooth and your hearts wide open—so you can focus on the fun, not the clock.

I've got guides and loads of resources that were created for the areas you want to elope in.

Know what to bring and what to skip. I'll remind you about the fun stuff too—like inkless paw print pads if you want your dog involved.

Making it legal doesn’t have to be a buzzkill. I’ll help you handle the permits and paperwork so you can focus on celebrating, not stressing. And...if you need an officiant, I can legally marry you!

Because let's face it...Waiting sucks. You'll get 5-10 sneak peeks within 48 hours while you're still riding the high, and your full online gallery in 8-10 weeks.

Seriously! Pick the place that makes your heart happy. No last minute surprise bills, no hidden costs.

I know the good ones—no sketchy Yelp deep-dives required. I’ll hook you up with vendors who actually get your vision, and if you’re up for it, I can even help plan your honeymoon (plot twist: I’m also a travel agent!).

You're in? Perfect! Let's do this thing!!!

Contact me

Absolutely. I've been to 37 countries and 38 states—and I am a travel agent, so logistics are kind of my thing. Travel fees are included in all my packages. Moab, Pacific Northwest, or anywhere else your story takes us, I'm there.

Do you travel? What about fees?

01.

Yes, up to 15 guests. Beyond that, logistics get complicated and location options narrow significantly. If you're planning a traditional wedding with more than 15 guests, I'm probably not your photographer—I focus on intimate elopements where the day stays about you two.

Can we bring guests?

02.

No. I specialize in elopements and intimate celebrations in epic locations. If you're planning a traditional wedding with more than 15 guests, I'm not the right fit—but I promise you'll find amazing photographers who specialize in that.

Do you photograph larger weddings?

03.

Of course! I know dog-friendly locations and love when furry friends are part of the day. Just keep in mind that 8-12 hours can be long for some pups—consider their stamina and whether they might need a pet sitter for part of the day.

Can we bring our dog?

04.

I always create a backup plan and book buffer days on either side of your elopement in case we need to pivot. Sometimes we adjust the timeline. Sometimes we embrace the weather—moody skies and rain can create incredibly dramatic photos. Either way, we'll make it work.

What happens if the weather is bad?

05.

Not at all! That's the beauty of eloping—this day is and should be all about you two. Spend the day doing what you love or have always wanted to do. If that's hiking to a mountain peak, great! If it's a beach ceremony at sunset with champagne, also perfect. Your vows, your rules.

Do we have to hike?

06.

Ideally 6-18 months. Peak season in Moab is spring and fall, and summer in the Pacific Northwest books quickly. If you're eyeing those times, book further out to secure your date.

How far in advance should we book?

07.

Totally. Trust me I get it!  I don't like being in front of the camera. We'll spend part of the day creating intentional, epic photos—think golden hour portraits and stunning backdrops. The rest? I document naturally while you live your day. You're not performing; you're experiencing it.

I don't want to be on an all-day photoshoot. Is that okay?

08.

Whatever you love. Bucket list items, things you do together, experiences that feel like you. Hot air balloon ride at sunrise over lavender fields. Sunset sail on a Washington lake after hiking. 4x4 adventure through the Moab desert. Your vows, your rules—I help you design it, then capture it.

What would we even do all day?

09.

Me. Always me. I'm a one-woman business, and I love it that way. When you book me, you get me from start to finish—from our first planning conversation to your final gallery delivery. No surprises, no substitutes.

Will you be our photographer, or do you send someone else?
